The Order Process

Once you've placed an order with Australian Parts & Equipment, you will be emailed a confirmation of your order to the email address you provided at checkout. If you have an online account with us, you will also be able to see your order in your order history.


Whenever possible, we will use Australia Post to deliver your items. Australia Post are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes in some instances and in these cases, we will contact you to determine an alternative delivery address.

We will process all orders within 24 business hours.

For orders where stock is available at the time of purchase, your order will be dispatched within 2 business days.

For orders where stock is not available at the time of purchase, your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to be dispatched. You will be notified before you checkout if your order has any backorder items on it.

NSW, VIC, QLD, ACT - Metro 1-2 days 1-2 days
NSW, VIC, QLD - Regional 1-3 days 1-3 days
SA - Metro 2-3 days 2-4 days
WA - Metro 4-5 days 4-8 days
NT, TAS - Metro 5-7 days 7-14 days
SA, WA - Regional 5-10 days 7-14 days
NT, TAS - Regional 7-10 days 7-14 days
